Biography
Portuguese made in Switzerland. Grew up across the river from Lisbon.
From her childhood to her late teens, she has wanted to be an astronaut, then an egyptologist, then an astronomer, then a writer, then a fashion designer, then a graphic designer, and only then did she finally discover the wonderful world of concept art and illustration, where she can mix everything up to her heart’s content.
She is interested in characters most of all, and good stories. In illustration, she loves to play with symbolism, whether obvious or subtle.
Her playgrounds of choice are Sci-fi and Fantasy, and the places where both meet.
She high-fived Iain McCaig once.
